About Course

Financial Reporting course is about developing knowledge and skill in understanding and applying International Accounting Standards (IAS) and the theoretical framework in the preparation and presentation of financial statements of entities, including groups with the help of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and how to analyse and interpret those financial statements.


Financial Reporting (FR) course tests thorough knowledge of basic accounting, selected IAS and IFRS examinable. Course teaches you preparation of financial statements on standalone and consolidated basis. For this, we need to study conceptual framework, accounting for transactions, preparation of financial statements and notes to accounts and analysing and interpreting financial statements.
